UDSMR Top Performer
REHAB was recognized as a Top Performer for four consecutive years by the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation (UDSMR). This acknowledgment recognizes REHAB on a national level for its high level of performance and outstanding rehabilitation program excellence.
AACVPR Certified
REHAB’s Cardiac Rehabilitation and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs are the only programs in the state that are certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) for demonstrating our alignment with current guidelines as approved by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation for the appropriate and effective early outpatient care of patients with cardiac or pulmonary issues.

Healthcare Associate of Hawaii (HAH) Member
REHAB is a member of the Healthcare Association of Hawaii, an organization that works with committed partners and stakeholders to lead the movement toward achieving an equitable, sustainable healthcare system in Hawaii driven to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness for patients and communities.
Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)
The state of Hawaii is unique in that all of its community hospitals and hospital systems joined efforts to fulfill new requirements under the Affordable Care Act, which the IRS developed guidelines to implement. The Healthcare Association of Hawaii (HAH) led this collaboration to conduct state- and county-wide assessments for its members.The report provides an overview of the Hawaii community health needs.
Together, the Healthcare Association of Hawaii (HAH) member hospitals prioritized the areas of need for the state. The top-ranked priority was Access to Health Services. Next, each hospital conducted an independent prioritization of need to determine their facility-specific priorities. REHAB Hospital of the Pacific (REHAB) has selected the following priority areas:

- Provide accessible, proactive support for those with high needs
